1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
  • Some international destinations may have restrictions on certain cosmetic ingredients. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first.
  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@tallchicnaturals.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

6. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect, we may charge an additional fee to reship the order.
  • If you no longer wish to receive the order after a failed delivery, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued.

7. CHANGES TO YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to modify your shipping address.
  • If you need to update your details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
