At TallChic Naturals, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy.
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not exempt from return (see Section 1.3 – Non-Returnable Items).
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tallchicnaturals.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect.
2. REFUNDS
2.1 Processing Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider (as processing times may vary).

3. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different product or replacement), please follow the return process outlined in Section 1.2. Once your return is received, we will process the exchange, subject to stock availability.
4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take quality seriously, and we sincerely apologise if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. In such cases:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo and description of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.
5. CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@tallchicnaturals.com.
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
- If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
