Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing to subscribe to TallChic Naturals. This policy explains how our subscription service works, including billing, delivery, and how to manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

1. How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a product on our website, you are agreeing to receive that product automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency you select (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you choose to skip, pause, or cancel.

You can subscribe to individual products across our Luxe Skin, Pure Skin, and Botanical Luxe ranges. Gift sets and Atelier Collection items are made-to-order and are not available on a subscription basis.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Your card will be automatically charged each time a subscription order is processed, using the payment method saved to your account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation ahead of each upcoming charge, giving you the opportunity to make changes before it is processed.
  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after [insert number] attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
  • Prices for subscription products reflect our standard product pricing at the time of each renewal, plus any applicable subscriber discount (see Section 5). We reserve the right to update pricing, and you will be notified in advance of any change affecting your subscription.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You are in full control of your subscription and can make changes at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. You may:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Pause your subscription temporarily
  • Change frequency of your deliveries
  • Swap products within your subscription
  • Update your shipping address or payment details
  • Cancel at any time, with no lock-in contract or cancellation fee

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis of subscription cancellation alone (see Section 6).

5. Subscriber Discount

Subscription orders receive 5% every 4 weeks or 10% every 8 weeks off the standard retail price for as long as the subscription remains active. This discount applies automatically at checkout and renewal, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. As with all TallChic Naturals promotions, gift sets are excluded from subscription discounts.

6. Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped according to our standard Shipping policy – TallChic Naturals. Delivery timelines and costs are the same as those for one-time purchases, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Product Changes

Our standard Returns Policy applies to subscription deliveries. If a reformulated or updated version of a subscribed product becomes available, we will notify subscribers in advance where the change is material (e.g. a change to the ingredient list).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
