TallChic Naturals Subscription Policy

Welcome to the TallChic Naturals experience! Our subscription services are designed to bring the best of our plant-based, luxury skincare to your doorstep, while giving you access to exclusive events and perks. Please review the policy below for important details regarding your subscription.

1. Subscription Overview

TallChic Naturals offers the following subscription options:

  • Luxe Glow Webinar Series Subscription Box: A monthly subscription box featuring trial-size products from our signature collections, with complimentary access to our Luxe Glow live webinar each month.

  • Full Suite Purchase Perks: A benefits program activated upon purchasing a complete product suite from any TallChic Naturals range (e.g., Body Oil, Lotion, Butter, Scrub, and Soap from the same line).

2. Billing and Payments

  • All Subscription Boxes are billed on a monthly basis. Charges will occur on the same date each month based on your original signup date.

  • Payments are securely processed via our authorized payment partners. We accept major credit/debit cards and ShopPay.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscription boxes are shipped by the 5th of each month.

  • Shipping is free for all active subscribers within the UK.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Webinar Access

  • A unique link to the Luxe Glow Webinar subscribers will be emailed to you monthly after your box ships.

  • Access is tied to the subscriber’s email and cannot be shared.

  • Replays are available for 7 days for active subscribers.

5. Modifications, Pauses, and Cancellations

  • You may pause or cancel your subscriptions anytime by logging into your account.

  • To take effect for the upcoming month, changes must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date.

  • Cancelled subscriptions will retain access to webinars and perks until the end of the billing cycle.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of trial-size products and event access, all subscription sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Terms of Use

  • Subscriptions are for personal use only and may not be resold.

  • TallChic Naturals reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time, with notice provided to current subscribers.
